Did you know that the Neverland is different for every person? It’s true, and you’ve all been there although you likely don’t remember if you made the mistake of growing up! But sometimes you can see it, in that moment just before you fall asleep – when your eyes are closed tight – there might be a small flash of light and if you were to focus at that exact second, you might be able to see Neverland! J.M. Barrie’s story of Peter Pan has always been near and dear to my heart. The idea that we never really have to grow up and there is adventure around every corner has always called to me!
Throughout the ages, the Neverland has seen many Lost Boys. There are no Lost Girls though, as girls are much too clever to fall out of their prams! The Lost Boys are not always the same and they come and they go, our band of Lost Boys, who you might remember, eventually went back to London with Wendy, Michael, and John and made the decision to grow up! But this didn’t mean that Peter was alone for very long, as boys continue to find their way to Neverland. But this story is about Tootles & Nibs so let’s get right to it!
Meet Tootles & Nibs
Poor Tootles, one might say, as he always misses out on the greatest of adventures. It never fails that he’ll be out collecting mushrooms and when he returns to the underground hideout (where the Lost Boys call home) he finds that there had been a great mischief with the Pirates and he had once again missed out. But in the end, it was probably a good thing that he was never around because this made Tootles the humblest of boys.
Then comes Nibs, who is always happy and debonair. It is said that he may be the bravest of the Lost Boys! He remembers his mother and recalls her telling his father “Oh I wish I had a cheque-book of my own.” It was his one greatest wish to give her one.
Tootles & Nibs left the Neverland and were adopted by George and Mary Darling, they grew up and had children of their own! But their adventures never stopped.
With Nibs’ confidence and good attitude and Tootles’ desire for adventure, Tootles & Nibs set out to help others to find adventure every day!
Meet the Owner – Jana Elias
I’ve been an adventure seeker my entire life, And to be honest, I’ve never really done anything the normal way. I love living life outside of the norms and that extends to how I explore the world. I’ve always lived every day as if it is my last chance to experience something great. With that mindset, I started planning vacations for others more than 10 years ago. I have learned so much during that time and I will always be grateful to those who have supported my business along the way. I’m very excited for this next chapter and I can’t wait to see what stories we will tell together.

They’re based in Orlando and specialize in creating space for queer, alternative, and solo-traveling clients. I am a recent addition to Tootles & Nibs, but a life long traveler. One can say I fall somewhere between a very serious professional and a closet adventure seeker. My travel journeys began in college with a community service trip to Honduras, studying abroad in Buenos Aires, and living a year in Spain after college. My newest day job has taken me to London, Munich, and Vienna… and as a Virgin Voyages expert, I am committed to curating unforgettable travel experiences that transcend the ordinary. Whether it’s charting a course in the Caribbean or wine tasting in the Mediterranean, I can help identify the trip for you, associated excursions and onboard activities.

As a wife and mother to 6 humans and 2 fur babies, I have always found that my zen is when I travel. My father served 30 years in the military so moving often, traveling to new places and finding adventure is in my blood. Living in Florida for over 30 years, cruising has always been accessible and the ocean is my happy place. I have sailed over 95 times across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival, MSC, Virgin and NCL. My passion is helping families and groups plan perfectly curated vacations; whether by cruise, land or air. As a notary public, I also find so much joy in planning and officiating destination weddings. I love people and strangers are just friends I have not met yet.

As the team’s admin assistant and creative gremlin, I handle the quiet magic – organization, details, and a healthy dose of quirky art. I bring our trips to life through visuals and behind-the-scenes support. While the others are swapping stories with locals, I’m likely off trying to befriend local wildlife or sketching something inspired by the view. I’m not here for the spotlight – I’m here to make sure everything works, and looks good doing it.
